thegreenrock.ca – Live Sustainably NL is a registered non-profit organization dedicated to increasing awareness of, and promoting sustainable living practices through action projects and the social enterprise start-up Guide to the Good.
Guide to the Good is a searchable, member-based content hub that uses digital marketing and human relations to promote local, social and green choices and to promote healthy, flourishing people and communities in Newfoundland and Labrador.
The Information Coordinator lays groundwork for cultural growth in our corporate culture as they work with the team to support local, social and green choices. The Information Co-ordinator will help thegreenrock.ca ~ Live Sustainably NL prioritize underrepresented groups and communities, and ensure they show up authentically and realistically in Guide to the Good. Working with members of Guide to the Good, team members, and the greater community, the Information Coordinator will reach out to, meet with, and become familiar with best collaborative practice for sharing stories and conveying voices of under-represented communities. They will develop Digital Skills to develop, track, record and publish content.
Working with g2g members and the greater community, the Information Coordinator will help plan, coordinate, publish and promote content that recognizes and integrates diversity and inclusivity.
The ideal candidate is eager to work with a social enterprise, great at record keeping, and wants to learn and practice outreach and communication to influence change. They are organized, enthusiastic, outgoing, creative, and have a passion for people, community, and collaboration.
